Swimming Pool

A popular gathering point is our outdoor pool with garden seating and chez lounges, set in stunning surroundings with breathtaking views. We also have an Indoor Swimming pool at the Agatha Spa. 

Walking Trails

The property is large enough for casual walks in this picturesque natural environment and short walks through the manicured gardens are popular. For those who prefer to be a little bit more adventurous, there are walks through our macadamia plantation and a stunning picnic spot at our dam. Some of the trails extend onto neighboring properties and are cleared on a consistent basis by our dedicated staff.


The Croquet Lawn is located at the back of the property and is overlooked by a stunning pergola that offers the perfect location for an afternoon tea or refreshments before, after or during a relaxed game of croquet. The mallets, hoops, and balls are uniquely stored in an original, historic red telephone booth.

Agatha Spa

The Agatha Spa at the Coach House is a fully equipped health and beauty spa set in tranquil surroundings and is the perfect place to relax and unwind in comfort. A dedicated team of professional therapists offers a comprehensive range of body and beauty treatments leaving you radiant with your senses tingling. The Serala Lounge is open from morning till late evening and welcomes travelers in an elegant and calming environment, the perfect place for an afternoon tea or a good book. A popular gathering place after dinner, guests can relax in front of the log fire and peruse one of our many coffee table books or enjoy the occasional music display from our elegant grand piano.

Manicured Gardens

Explore the enchanting yet beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. An eclectic collection of indigenous and exotic plants and trees provide one of the most interesting gardens in the country.
Below the hotel, an indigenous aloe garden flows into orchards of macadamia trees. Linking onto one of the farm walks. This captivating garden borders a small stream, canopied by grand, indigenous trees. Maps of marked walking paths are available at Reception – take a leisurely stroll or a brisk hike on one of the many routes – from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Secluded spots along the way provide the perfect setting for daydreaming, bird watching or mountain gazing. For added enjoyment, a simple or sumptuous picnic basket lunch may be taken and enjoyed on the outing.
